Juanita’s Story

A Minor Setback for a Major Comeback

"No matter the circumstances; if you can groom, that's all you need."

One of the more memorable moments in my ten-year grooming career came from an opportunity to give back. While on a charity dog grooming tour, I went to L.A.?s Skid Row area with a friend and fellow groomer to groom dogs owned by the homeless population. Through that experience, I knew I was meant to do more with my career. We had no tables, no running water. Just our tools, our skills, and our confidence. It taught me that no matter the circumstances, if you can groom, that's all you need.
