Rachel’s Story

Solving the Disconnect Between Groomer and Client

"In my 15 years as a groomer, one of the things I enjoy the most is training new groomers and teaching them new tricks. The look they get on their faces and the excitement in their voices when they see they did a great job is very rewarding."

In my 15 years as a groomer, one of the things I enjoy the most is training new groomers and teaching them new tricks. The look they get on their faces and the excitement in their voices when they see they did a great job is very rewarding. On the customer side, one of my most memorable moments was when a lady came in who had to part ways with two of her dogs because she had a brain tumor. She brought in an Australian Shepherd with a massive undercoat that hadn't been groomed in years.
